Great Service October 5, 2012

Got this camera a few months ago and so far I love it. I can access it over internet and my Android. I paid for the remote installation and I'm glad I did. I learned a lot and within 15 min it was up and running. David was great and patient and explained what he was doing. I had to reset my router and he helped to get things back in order. I highly recommend IPCam Central.

Yes, works with Apple MAC, Picture AND sound ! January 13, 2011

I have this camera a few days now and I am very satisfied with it. I could install it completely without Microsoft Windows. Picture and Sound are good. Motion detection works well, too. But you need "MPlayer OSX" to watch the ".afs"-files in OSX.
You need to click the mouse very often to rotate the camera, but I got used to it.

You will not find a camera like this in Germany, so I am very happy I found this one here. If you are a MAC-user and you need picture AND sound, buy this camera ! And if you can´t play the small sized manual-cd-rom, you need to know: default is "admin"-"123456" !

So far so good! This camera so far is clear and I can hear online well. The tilting features are very cool. What was the best this about it is the service I got from David at IPCam-Central. Awesome! I had a tricky scenario of a switch box instead of a wireless modem that the camera was going through and he spend an hour and half setting it up for me. I'd recommend the service in a heartbeat and hopefully over time the camera is as good as David was!

Finally...an IP Camera that works as advertised September 13, 2010

For the last year I have been trying all different IP cameras so we can monitor our horses in the barn....Axis, Microseven, Trendnet, etc. Of all of them, the Axis seemed the best but, of course, if far more expensive than the others. I just recieved this IP camera, literally not 30 minutes ago, and it is up and working beautifully. The image is clear and bright, even in a dark room. The software installed without incident on a Windows 7 Pro x64 system. The only very minor complaint is that the "english" in the user manual is sketchy, but the information is all there and the documentation is easy to access and use. Obviously, I haven't used it for long, so if I have any difficulties, I'll update this review, but as of right now, I can't express my amazement over the picture quality, software "ease of use" and installation. If you are looking for an IP camera with Pan and Tilt, I don't think you will find one that is a better value than this one. Oh, I ordered it yesterday (Friday) and it arrived on Saturday via Fed Ex ground, the "standard" shipping method. I buy a lot from Amazon and this was my best purcahse to date.

Great Security Camera - even on a Mac September 1, 2010

My husband I tried to find an IP camera to watch our youngest and soon-to-arrive newborn because the baby monitors we had been using are so prone to static - not exactly what you want to wake up to when you are a sleep-deprived mother getting up all hours of the night.  We could not find a single model that worked with our Apple products until we came across this one and the guarantee that customer service could help get it up and running.  As the earlier reviewers noted, David K was the picture of patience as he helped me set up two cameras in the midst of a larger than average network which I know nothing about. Bottom line: this camera works great and David can help you install it.
